We extend you a hearty welcome on becoming a GHPL Member.GHPL being a TPA servicing the mediclaim policy of your Insurance Company looks forward to extend assistance at every stage right for making the choice of Hospital for undergoing treatment, to the Processing, settlement / reimbursement of the amount spent on the treatment of Ailment covered under your mediclaim policy.

The GHPL ID card will help you in availing cashless Hospitalization facility at any of our Select Member Hospitals (SMH).

This book contains all procedures and the Name, Phone Numbers of the state wise ‘Select Member Hospitals (SMH)’.The list is continuously updated and the same can be downloaded from our website www.ghpltpa.net

Format / specimen of Pre-Authorization Letter is also provided.

Please go through the booklet and retain it for future reference.Don’t forget to carry your ID card when approaching any Hospital for treatment.

Some important terms:

SMH: GHPL Select Member Hospital is a provider (a hospital / nursing home / medical centre) who has entered into contract with GHPL, wherein the provider accepts to provide cashless benefit to the enrolled member, on being approached by the member.

Non - SMH: Hospitals not in GHPL’s network where cashless Hospitalization benefit cannot be availed by the member.

Pre-Authorization (PAL): Written approval by GHPL Medical Officers, authorizing the Member to avail cashless benefit at the SMH within the limits specified in the PAL Letter.
